Services
Travel consultation and itinerary design services
Sales Price
The sales price for fixed-fee services will be displayed on the relevant service page or otherwise disclosed before purchase.
Bespoke services for trips of 15 to 30 days are offered at a fixed price range as displayed on the relevant service page.
For trips exceeding 30 days, the sales price will be determined individually after inquiry and confirmed only after the Client accepts the quotation in writing or by email.
If the Client books Consult Plus and books a full plan within 7 days of the consultation, the Consult Plus fee will be credited toward the final plan price of the booked plan.
Urgency Fee
For all plans except Consultation services, an urgency fee may apply where the service is booked less than 45 days before the Client’s departure date. The applicable fee will be calculated based on the number of days remaining until departure, in accordance with the pricing schedule disclosed on the Website. Standard pricing and any applicable urgency fee shall be read together as part of the total sales price.
Additional Costs
The Client is responsible for any costs not expressly included in the sales price, including third-party booking fees, internet access fees, data roaming charges, communication hardware costs, software fees, subscription fees, platform fees, and other external expenses incurred in connection with the Services.
Revision/Extra Work Note
Standard Changes are included only to the extent stated in the applicable plan. Additional fees may apply for Major Changes or other extra work beyond the included plan limits. The applicable fee will depend on the scope and complexity of the requested revisions.
Payment Method
Credit card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
Payment Period
Invoices sent via Stripe are payable upon receipt. Full payment must be completed before the consultation or itinerary curation officially commences.
Delivery of Service
The final itinerary will be delivered digitally by email, PDF, or an interactive web link after Final Itinerary Delivery, as defined in our Terms of Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the Final Itinerary Delivery shall be the final approved itinerary delivered to the Client by the agreed digital method.
Cancellation & Refund
Consultation Services: No cancellation fee shall apply before Zoom consultation scheduling is confirmed. Once Zoom consultation scheduling has been confirmed, but before the consultation takes place, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee shall apply. After the consultation has been completed, the consultation fee shall be non-refundable.
Plan Services: Once itinerary drafting has commenced, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the plan price shall apply. No refunds shall be issued after Final Itinerary Delivery.
For the avoidance of doubt, refund eligibility, cancellation deadlines, and service completion for Plan Services shall be determined solely by reference to the Final Itinerary Delivery, as set out in the TOS.
