Unlimited revision rounds are included in the Bespoke plan.
A revision round means one complete set of changes submitted together during the itinerary design phase, before final itinerary delivery.

Hotel swaps within the same city or region
Restaurant swaps within the same category
e.g., sushi A to sushi B
Experience swaps within the same type
e.g., tea ceremony A to tea ceremony B
Major changes
(Requiring an Additional Fee)
Route changes, such as adding or removing entire cities
Pace changes, such as changing the daily schedule from 3 activities per day to 1
Budget changes, such as moving from mid-range to luxury
Any revision outside the Standard changes, or any additional last-minute request beyond the included limit, will be subject to an additional fee.
Standard changes are charged at ¥12,000 /change.
Major changes are charged at ¥24,000 /change.
We will issue a separate payment link, and work on the additional revisions will commence only after payment has been received and confirmed.
